Studio Policies To provide every guest with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 36 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost and may require full prepayment for future appointments. Appointments Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service modified to avoid impacting the next guest. A late inconvenience fee of $20+ will be added. If the appointment needs to be cancelled for tardiness, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost to cover the inconvenience. No-Shows Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may lose future booking privileges. Guests To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, only clients receiving a service may be present during appointments. In some cases, an exception is made. Repairs If an issue arises due to workmanship, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment. Approved repairs will be completed at no charge. Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear is not covered. Please expect a $20 convenience fee for each occurrence. Health & Safety For your safety and mine, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if there are signs of infection, contagious conditions, or anything that may compromise your health or the quality of the service. Refunds Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out within 7 days so I can make it right whenever appropriate. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
